JOB DESCRIPTION

Inbound Call Center Consultant is a work-from-home inbound call center consultant that ensures customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain our company’s positive reputation. We are seeking Agents to provide services for the leading business-to-business provider of assistance solutions. Our clients serve customers of client companies with services ranging from home improvement centers to business that specializes in financial software.

 

Denali Interactive Communications is an outsourcing company that specializes in problem-solving through customer service management (CX). Based in Anchorage, Alaska, our goal is to offer top-notch customer service through integrated channels, data processing support, technical support, outbound and inbound calling, and training support.

 

​A multitasked role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling & carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.

THE DETAILS

Type: Customer Service

Work Commitment: 30-hours per week or more

Weekend Requirements: 6 hours serviced on Sat. and/or Sun.

Schedule Availability: Depends on client schedule/needs

Schedule Structure: Agent Controls Schedule

Work Location: Work-From-Home

Certification Availability: Contingent on the client

Pay Rate: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Appropriately communicate with members via phone and email

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening.

  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding.

  • Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding home improvement needs, hospitality, and entertainment

  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS  
  • Must be 18+ years old. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience 

  • Typing skills of 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy required 

  • Prefers working in virtual self-management/self- motivated environment. 

  • Excellent verbal and listening skills.

  • Professional and articulate voice 

  • Must be able to pass client training and background check.

  • Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support. 

  • Excels working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Desktop or Laptop (Apple or Windows)

  • All peripherals must be wired (Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, or Headset are NOT allowed)

  • A separate 19” Monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One or AIO unit) * Anti-Virus – Windows Defender Preferred Skills

  • If use Windows systems, applicant must have RAM – Required 4 GB for Windows 10, Processor Speed – Dual Core 2 GHz or better, Free Space – 20 GB, 3 available USB ports.

  • 32GB Flash Drive

  • Home Phone Service (phone service not required for all clients)

  • Internet speed –  download speed 5 MB; upload speed 3 MB, ISP must be highly stable with no packet loss and latency over 100ms, DSL or home WiFi (NO dial-up, and/or Hotspots are allowed), and/or Home Router with wired link to PC​
